Montana, Oregon, Alaska, Minnesota, Maine, New Hampshire. Are all great states as long as you stay out of the 2 Portlands, the twin cities and Seattle. Don't think i'd consider live anywhere else rural/urban/suburban whatever. Rural America anywhere else just has too any rednecks and crazy people.
