Australia, like most western countries, was a dream in the 70s. There was no PC, the society was homogeneously white, there was work for everyone because the economy was mixed, housing was expensive but still achievable for most people, and so on.
Then a bunch of nation wrecking decisions were made.
The White Australia act was revoked which created a trickle of non-white immigration which turned into a flood after the Olympics. That was the advertisement that Australia is open for everyone which started our dependence on the Chinese for investment and tourism.
We decided to give up our import tariffs and float our currency. This lead to the end of manufacturing and the need to have a open market for trade. As the private sector for services was never a mass employer, this lead people to become dependent on the government which has created huge amounts of bureaucracy.
Being part of the Anglosphere, we got all of the degenerate shit from the UK and US from their boomers that turned our women into empowered whores. We also got the cuck British culture from their commies running here after Thatcher was elected.
The mining boom which should have created a sovereign wealth fund was pissed away for socialist plans which now means our country is completely dependent on educating the youth of Asia and whoring ourselves out to them for a piece of their action. This is why the government looks the other way on dirty Chinese money being laundered in the property market which is why houses are so expensive.
