Start with Plyler vs Doe. It was a case that made it to the Supreme Court when Texas tried to bar illegal kids to attend schools. The court ruled that ALL children - regardless of immigration status - have to be enrolled and educated. I think most states also have rules/laws that forbid the school from reporting the kids.

College is a little different - there are no state or federal laws prohibiting non-citizens from attending - because they all have foreign students. Some colleges require proof of citizenship, but to get in-state resident tuition, which is lower than the foreign fees. They're also barred from grants and loans...kind of. Also, colleges are barred from reporting a student's citizenship status to authorities.

Now try the last sentence. That's why we have Guantanamo.

Every class in school has a big book that has all the names of the students, their grades and attendance. If someone suddenly appears in class one day and isn't in the book, the teacher will definitely ask what the hell is going on. How can someone not registered in the school system that randomly shows up even graduate from said school ?

A lot of them don't. Currently, illegal immigrants can't get Federal funds or loans (so a lot of them commit identity theft to get them, stealing the SS#s of dead kids is a popular way), but a lot of states provide aid, and private scholarships - i think Soros funds a big one. A lot of states will also give illegals in-state residency rates, with proof of residency.
It's a states vs. Fed issue - the Fed says "nope", but the states work around it. The colleges have more information available for illegals to get money than they do for citizens. Of course the colleges do everything they can to make it happen, for that sweet, sweet tuition cash - that, and it's not against the law for them to attend.

That's not how it works, dummy. A kid doesn't just show up - the parent has to enroll the kid - and they can't ask the parents what their immigration status is. The school will then place the kid on the roll sheets, and the teacher is notified of a new student if they're showing up mid-term.
Registering as an illegal is literally the same as a citizen's kids. If the illegal parent doesn't know the kids records or health records, the school staff will take care of it. It's the law - every kid under 18 HAS to be in school, regardless of immigration status. Schools don't even blink when they show up, they're so used to it by now. They're in every state, even Alaska.

Source: bunch of teachers in my family, in several states. Most of them have a lot to say about the issue, getting kids who don't speak English with no records in their classrooms, and they're powerless to do anything about it.

Also on the license form there's just a checkbox at the end "Do you want to register to vote?" Citizenship is never checked. I guess somehow they have to tip them off they're illegal. I would also like to point out that even if black on white crime was significantly more common than white on white crime, or white on black crime, it still wouldn't come close to justifying things like segregation or white nationalism. For one thing, it still wouldn't change the fact that the vast majority of blacks, as well as other minorities, are not violent criminals.
