Honestly it gets confusing but think more along the lines of fascism instead of a capitalistic democracy where the people who run things get controlled by big business. Fascism is somewhat of a blend of capitalism and socialism. Or democratic socialism I guess you could also think of, where focus go towards social "good" but democratic socialism is pretty gay. Hitler created a mix of socialism and capitalism that was incredibly successful. It was basically: Socialism for the people to support and encourage the formation of hard working families. Capitalism for the corporations to price things competitively and amass profit from the international market.
It wasn't perfect, major flaws included an inflated bureaucracy, a fuckload of paperwork (which could be alleviated with computers nowadays) and the price of certain commodities would fluctuate uncomfortably. But that last flaw could be partly blamed on all the sanctions germany was under at the time.
Unemployment was so low as to be negligeable and the value of the currency was directly tied to the fruitful labour of the people, rather than debt, or even gold or silver. Course, people don't talk about this because Adolf was in EBUL NAZZI GUISE EHHH!!!!
