>Reports Monday said the investigation into Crystal Run Health Care was revealed through recent federal grand jury subpoenas seeking testimony from employees.
>The company gave at least $400,000 to Governor Andrew Cuomo’s campaign in a series of 10 donations of $25,000 each in 2013.
>The probe comes after the State Department of Health gave $25.4 million to Crystal Run to construct two new facilities in 2016.
