If that were the case not only would females be more dominant in society through sheer force of numbers,but males would also be more prized and protected so as not to loose them,harems are also a posibility
On the other hand,if the tables were turned and males outnumbered females 10:1 then society would quickly go back to being 50/50 in a generation or so due to only 1 tenth of all males reproducing while the rest would die alone
