>But it mustn’t be forgotten that our criminal code is not a comprehensive list of acts that might imperil democracy if committed by the president. The Constitution doesn’t compel us to let a corrupt or tyrannical leader off the hook just because his offenses aren’t crimes. Impeachment is mightier and savvier than that.
>In addition, there are major societal downsides to an obsession with criminality in impeachment debates. That tendency encourages partisans to warp the criminal law to fit their latest debates over presidential conduct. Even more troubling, it stifles the public’s ability to engage in a productive dialogue about the use of presidential power. Jamming political debates into a criminal law framework often obscures what’s really at stake. A focus on criminality makes these issues seem legalistic and technical — the province of fancy lawyers, not ordinary Americans.
>That problem now looms larger than ever. Since the 1990s, impeachment talk has become a fixture of our public discourse. This development has pushed politics toward partisan extremes. It has also accelerated a disturbing trend toward viewing our political adversaries as crooks. When the president’s opponents are quick to call for impeachment, and when impeachment is immediately equated with criminality, we may lose the ability to disagree with each other in good faith.
>Unnerving as it may be, we can’t fall back on criminal law to escape the tough political judgment that impeachment requires of us. Ultimately, when we think about “high crimes and misdemeanors,” here is what we must ask: Will we survive this presidency, and, if we do, what kind of nation will we have become?
See, Drumpfies? It doesn’t matter if Drumpf broke the law. We can still impeach him.
Now, the only question is if he will resign in disgrace or force us to go through with the messy impeachment process.
I want him to keep doing what he is doing as well. Hes fucking retarded and the longer this goes on the better the chances are on midterms for repubs to keep the house and senate.
>Papa puppet >literally had to have his rebellious behavior brainwashed out of him >disobeys direct orders because he doesn't like them and wants to save his friends >now that he has his memories back he's the pillar of the soon to be rebellion Hiro is /our guy/.
>Since the 1990s, impeachment talk has become a fixture of our public discourse. >Not since "it worked against Nixon so we'll go after every GOP president thereafter" Hah, nice try, (((Matz))).
Remember, 2022 is the magic number. After then, Russia ceases to be a major military threat due to simple demographic math, and we can pull entirely out of Europe if we aren't getting enough out of the deal.

In 2 days Mueller will indict Trump and associates
It will be the biggest charges a sitting president will face
No shit. I doubt any country in Europe has been seriously keeping its forces combat ready. If it wasn't for the US, and the general state of stability in the world right now, we would be completely wiped out.

>that scene >lewd alarms blaring >hiro saves the day and make it deeper >mfw
Except of course Robert Mueleer has to recuse himself as he is involved with one of his targets (Oleg Deripaska) in 2009 & Rosenstein has to recuse himself as he is a witness in the firing of Comey
That's because most of Europe is either recovering from Communism or run by fucking women.
Female leadership almost happened in America and I don't doubt the results would have been the same. The military dismantled to pay for free abortions for everyone.

Being this delussional
Trump is dead fish!!! Even Pence will suffer tge blow of justice after this weekend is over!
NEVER FORGET The Europeans constantly lie about their military. The entire reason they are able to have massive welfare states is because they have next to no defense. If they wanted to a few years ago they could have changed this. But they just important millions of disenfranchised third world muslims and if they turn off the welfare they going to see insane levels of terror.
It's not impossible for them to fund their militaries without taxing the shit out of their citizen and of course then destroying their economies. And amidst all of this, Europeans have decided to stand their ground and turn against their biggest ally, their whole reason for existence if they can't fund their military, over the fact that they have to let Iran have nuclear technology.
A technology they themselves don't trust themselves with, they demand that Iran must get it. A state that funds more terror than any other in the most unstable region outside Africa with an insane anti-western culture/people.
Holy fucking shit I never wanted the central powers or the Axis powers to have won more than I do in this moment.
