Photoshop CS2 is legit free on the adobe site if you're ok with using an older version, I'm not exactly sure the differences between that and CS6 (which is what I use) though.

Well pirating is pretty easy too. All you have to do is install the trial and replace some files that are always included in the torrent before opening the application. It's almost like Adobe makes it easy so you get hooked on their stuff.
