Hispanic isn't an ethnicity. It's just a group of people that speak Spanish, which comes from Hispania. When people say Hispanic, they are talking about Mestizos. When they say White Hispanic, they mean White person who speaks Spanish but is not from Spain.

Hispanic and Latino should be eliminated and replaced with the dominant origin for people mostly from one of the following: Amerindian, European, West Asian, East Asian, African. For people who are mixed, they should be hyphenated, so your average "white" Mexican would become someone of Euro-Amerindian origin, your average Caribbean would usually be Afro-Amerindian or Euro-Amerindian.

From what I’ve been able to gather, essentially all of the Mexican scum coming over here are mestizos. However, the mestizo menace is more or less contained to the Southwest (for now at least). Even in California the spic population begins to drop off fast after getting north of LA. The “Hispanic” populations in northern and eastern American cities are mostly white hispanics like in your picture and aren’t nearly as cancerous.
Also, treating Hispanics like a race in population statistics is a Jewish trick for the media to make it look like whites are declining faster than they really are in america. This makes politicians preemptively pander to a demographic they think is actually larger than it is.
