It isn't that she's going after Israel, but likely wants peace in the region. Israel's actions only inflame already heated tensions, and USA not at least pretending to enforce order destroys the USA's potential to mend ties between Israeli's and Palestinian's. The Democrats foreign policy goals generally seem to be through Diplomacy while the Republican's through military action. An investigation by the UN would be very good at this time.
