New idea from the British government: restrict access to porn sites only to those who possess a "porn pass", a sort of pass with a 16-digit code that must be entered in order to "unlock" the site. The porn pass will be sold by newsagents to customers who provide an ID that proves they're 18+.
If this passes, sites who do not comply might see themselves blacked out in the UK.

It won't be that easy. Each pass will probably have barcode on them that'll be scanned once sold and tied to the I.D of whoever bought them. You'll have to forge an I.D if you want to sell them illegally and not get caught.
