Time for more shitty history removal by the tolerant left. Didnt think this city could become anymore shitty.
So for reference, a month back, Memphis got fined 250K for removing statues from public parks. Then this happened when it went to court.
>A judge has ruled the removal of three Confederate statues from public parks in Memphis, Tennessee, is legal.
>Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle in Nashville ruled Wednesday that the relocation of statues of Gen. Nathan Bedford Forrest, Confederate President Jefferson Davis and Capt. J. Harvey Mathes from two city parks Dec. 20 didn't violate state law.
A woman judge. Who would have expected.
>The Tennessee Heritage Protection Act limits the removal or changing of historical memorials on public property. City leaders used a legal loophole by selling the parks for $1,000 to a nonprofit, which swiftly removed the monuments.
>The judge ruled the statues weren't covered by the act because they were on private property when removed.
They're rubbing it in your face because they know you won't respond. It's an exhibition of your weakness. That's what this is about.

>One pastor who worked to help get the statues down says there's still work to be done.
>"There's always something that we have to fight for as long as there's injustice, which there is," said pastor Earle Fisher. "We have more work to do. So, we're here for social justice and liberation. We want this city to be all that it can be."
How about fighting for your broken neighborhoods and corrupt government instead of going after fucking statues.
We need to think in post-American ideals. Neo-Absolutism is the only answer.

>pastor Earle Fisher. >black >Rev. Fisher serves as Adjunct Instructor of Contemporary Theology at Rhodes College. Pastor Earle is also the Senior Pastor of Abyssinian Missionary Baptist Church in Memphis, TN. Most of Rev. Fisher's work focuses on the African American Religious Rhetoric, Contemporary Rhetorical Theory, Black Liberation Theology, and the prophetic persona of Albert Cleage, Jr. Literally a Jew nigger.

MLK meetoo’d a fuck ton of women of color and I demand his statues come down
Why would removal of a statue if done by the state on state property be considered illegal?
Andrew Adams
confedeRAT generals and soldiers swore loyalty to the united states first
Jackson Gonzalez
Is the judge white? Let's remove him
Brandon Cook
nobody cares about faggy statues of dead guys OP. if your some activist nigger faggot then go get maced and doxxed but every one with any sense wont bother
Ayden Kelly
The city sold the parks to greenpeace. Once it became private property, they used that loophole to remove it.
Brandon Young
Then why wasnt he court marshaled?
Matthew Murphy
Nathan Bedford Forrest wasn't a prewar military officer.
Gabriel Bell
The city council isn't the state. State law says nigger town councils like in Memphis cant mess with state property but I suppose they never considered blacks would sell prime city real estate for nothing.
Hell, we let a whole party of them hold office. Mostly on the coasts though.
Xavier Kelly
>swore loyalty to us first Demonstrably false. Loyalty in that time period (and today-in theory as a federalist govt) came state before country. You’d call yourself a Virginian or Pennsylvanian and not an American in those days. To be fair to your ignorance, I’m sure you and your 9 siblings were deported before that lesson was covered in history.
Zachary Perez
Most of those statues were funded by and paid for by the DAR. Turning white men against women is a population control psyop.
"judges" like this should be hanged and shot for destroying American history and property for their gay ass jewish socjus anti-white anti-history bullshit
Ethan Bailey
make 100 more retard
Charles Ramirez
That would be a good idea. Purchase statues and put them on private property. Anyone try to take them down, shoot them.

Bloviating Northerner here. 1. The south were badasses. Their memory is vital to tell the story of America. They, like all of us, fought for their destiny. 2. Argument that they were enemies of the U.S. opens an all-you-can-eat-Bullshit-buffet. American Indian Tribes fought against the U.S. should we take down their monuments, as well? 3. It is history we evolved from. No matter your angle, it brings us together. 4. This is an afront to our culture and is designed to be anti-white. Even though, whites fought on both sides.
