Last year in Finland every citizen payed around 1220€ for their "free" education in taxes. Of course that number is highly inaccurate since not everyone pays the same amount of taxes, but for average working man it's pretty close.
Now 1220€/year may seem a bit low to people in US, but you have to remember that you don't stop paying that when you graduate. You will pay that 1220€/year every year for rest of your life. That's the true price of the "free" education.

A buddy from Germany said that the only way to go to university in Germany is to graduate from thier upper highschool which only accept 4.0+, top mark, people otherwise you graduate high school at 16 and find work or learn a trade.

Yes, that's generally true, but it works a little differently. We are selected after the 4th grade to go to three different types of school, Gymnasium, Realschule and Hauptschule where Gymnasium is the best and Hauptschule is the worst.

Realschule and Hauptschule take 6 years til graduation, Gymnasium takes 8 or 9 (depending on the school).

Everyone who graduates Gymnasium with ANY score in his "Abitur" can directly go to University. Nearly half of all children achieve this. It's not some kind of "top score".
Your score, however, decides wether the Universities will accept you in some subjects.
Medicine, for example, takes a score of 1.0, law 1.8 and economy around 2.5.
There are a lot of subjects, though, where you don't need to have a specific score.

Everyone who graduates only Realschule or Hauptschule can either start learning a craft or find work OR they can visit another institution called Berufsschule were they are able to acquire Abitur in the long term to eventually go to University.

Our “colleges” are actually not free. None of those countries listed have “free” college. What I do have is the privilege to overpay for an education 10 times over that is 10 times worse and that is if you are lucky to get selected for the limited amount of spots they offer. It also doesn’t help that foreigners can come here and study for free, taking said spots, pay no taxes and then leave once they graduate because Sweden wants to be the most retarded nation in the world. We have severe shortage of doctors and medical personnel while at the same time the university for doctors give away 3/4 of the open spots to students to study medicine to foreigners like Pakistanis who then goes home when finished. While Swedish people who want to become doctors are forced to study abroad in places like America and then chose to stay there because only retards would return for less money after self funding their education.

Anyway fuck socialism. We also have 2 year waiting lines for minor surgery and at least a year to see any specialist ever. Most doctors these days are retarded Arabs that can’t speak Swedish or English, who have at least 50% malpractice record, and in Sweden you can’t sue even if a doctor intentionally kills you, we don’t have that freedom either. So yeah, paradise...

It solves them for the 70-80% that have decent coverage (i.e. employer coverage not Medicaid for nogs). My parents and grandparents have never had to wait to visit a specialist, it's literally a foreign concept. You have skin cancer? Your surgery is next week. You need an MRI? How does Tuesday week look for your schedule? Treatment quality is high too. Yes the per capita costs are higher than anywhere but the quality is better than you find elsewhere as well.

If the state is funding medical education then the state has an interest in funding students who are highly likely to practice within the state instead of moving elsewhere. It's a deeply misaligned incentive otherwise.

You would also pay your doctors more so there would be more incentive for Swedes to become doctors and there would be more incentive for them to practice in Sweden. If you have good benefits and make it competetive you will like also get the most capable Swede's to be your doctor.

If you can pay for your own healthcare the waiting lines would be slower because you would have more doctors and not everyone would always go to the doctor because it would be more expensive so there might less lines.

How do you know they are perfectly nice? Have you talked to them? Just because you are doing something for a profit doesn't necessitate that they are greedy. Some businesses create their customer base off of valuing certain rights of people. This can be seen in such businesses as gab.ai and duckduckgo that offer security of your information and in the case of gab.ai free speech. Different demands can create new businesses.

Actually some companies have insurance plans for people that make below a certain amount of income and that's sort of the way the world works user. That's how competition works.

Education is domestication institution, where people learns to be obedient. True knowledge is obscured and twisted, so that at the end of your school you are not sure what is real and what is unreal. The border between the two is very broad. It's called relativity.
