What I have so far is:

I dont know what they mean, but if they mean 37% British as in 'here before WW2' then that could be possible in regards to births and the living population in heavily immigration areas.
We in England are probably, realistically, at this point in time, 50-60% ethnic english, and about 60-70% ''white'' including welsh, scots, poles, etc.

Another thing people from outside the UK need to be aware of is that the UK gov/businesses/media never invest or do scouting outside of London, but all media comes from London... so it warps everyones perception. Example would be all the black actors playing roles in medieval stuff... they're just saying they cant find british actors because they're not looking outside of London. Ways of life and expectations would be massively warped too.

Looks like it's citing some statistics from a recent study of the average British (not English specifically) genetic breakdown which was essentially 40% Anglo-saxon which they strangely label as British, 20% French and German, 10% Scandinavian and 30% "Celt" which against was strangely labeled as Irish. It's basically a complete misunderstanding of genetics and very dishonest representation of what that specific study said (which there are many), the terms used are misleading with modern names for ancient concepts and they further use it to try and tell people they're not native to these lands.
It's similar propaganda to the whole cheddarman thing from earlier this year. A tiny kernel of truth shrouded in endless layers of lies.

For instance, what was your initial observation? You observed the video? So you're trying to determine if the claims in the video are true or false? You literally start with "I know this is bullshit propaganda", which is a conclusion. You need to find evidence before you can make a conclusion. Is this making any sense?
