According to Data on Legal Permanent Residents, as of 2016, around 40% of these new Permanent residents were from Asia. Now considering that latest statistics also show that Hispanic fertility rates have also begun to decline rapidly and may in the future converge with the level at whites/asians are at, and also that the black fertility rate is also at sub-replacement level, it becomes quite obvious that a vast majority of the population growth rate in the coming decades in the United States is going to be immigration driven.
What I want to understand is how this shift towards asian immigration will affect a whole variety of parameters, ranging from average IQ, to crime rates, voting patterns, social cohesion, GDP growth, income and wealth inequality etc.

There are other ways to get PR. You could end up marrying an American citizen in your time there, you could end up outright buying Permanent Residency through the investment visa program. Even if you don't end up getting to stay there, you can easily come back to India and any US education/work experience will mean a huge bump in your Indian package.

I will have to disagree with you on Voting patterns and IQ. Indian Americans have traditionally skewed heavily to the Democrats for god knows what reason and I don't really see how that would change, especially since the Republicans have a growing perception about them of being the pro-white anti-minority party, so this polarisation will scare away many Indian voters.
Indian immigration should probably have a net positive effect on the average American IQ because previous studies show Indian Americans have an Ashkenazi level IQ of 112 (not 110 as I stated previously) because of selective immigration whereby mostly our Computer Scientists, Doctors, PHDs etc are getting in.

I guess you're somewhat correct in your belief that a greater Indian presence in your countries will be noxious, especially in cases where the average IQ of the Indian immigrants diverges vastly from the average IQ of the native population. But I can't say for certain how this will work out in Australia because I don't know the exact statistics of what type of Indians end up immigrating to your country.
But if you took the US as an example, then this is what ends up happening as you import hundreds of thousands of Indian and Chinese immigrants into your country each year when these immigrants have superior cognitive skills and strong family ties/networks- they effectively begin to outcompete your professional classes and this intense competition at top results in even greater concentration of wealth away from the masses. Also, stable families have a huge role to play in life success, and Indian family structures particularly are strongly geared towards this giving them another advantage over the native population.
I still can't say how an entrenched, ethnocentric Indian elite would look like if and whether that happens, and it'd be interesting to see if they act in as parasitical and manipulative a manner as the Jews do.
