if the economy remains on the upswing I expect all of the other smaller cities throughout the usa to rapidly gentrify and improve for the better over night. cities like Baltimore and Chicago can rapidly transform within a decade with the proper policing and investment. the entirety of the country can't continue to pour into cities like nyc or sf for good jobs they're already overcrowded and too expensive.
