We could set up state owned stores that sell drugs, that are only made under strict supervision from the government just like medicine.
There should also be a weekly or monthly limit on how much you can buy.
The users would always get a good product and it would practically destroy big parts of the black market making violence drop and securing more tax for the government.
Or we just purge the druggies of the face of the earth.

except you need a solid as fuck medical network to treat people of addictions and problems derived from the drug use, a quick and simple example. Cannabis and schizophrenia
We could set up owned stores that let you rape them, that are only raped in the most non-violent way under government supervision.
There should be a weekly or monthly limit to how much you can rape.
The rapists would always get a good rape and it would practically destroy big parts of rape crime making violence drop and securing more tax for the government.

Its a good idea , just govts are not into clever or else we would live in a paradise already.
Nathan Richardson
But if the distributors were public like the OP mentioned, some of the profit could fund a robust treatment network. And let’s not act like there wouldn’t be ample profit.
Leo Clark
Of course, but no State-owned stores or limits or taxation. Let the market determine their value, let the addicts die of their choices, let the customer choose whether to buy from the cartel or the inner city or the rednecks or the dispensaries.
Be careful how you use the word "drug". It's infinitely flexible. Everything on Earth can be classified as a drug, so who is given the authority to delineate what "real" drugs are?

>Let the market determine their value, let the addicts die of their choices, let the customer choose whether to buy from the cartel or the inner city or the rednecks or the dispensaries. How is that any different from what we have now? How is this a solution to any of the issues that drug prohibition presents? I’m on the fence about legalization but you’re solution is so milquetoast that it would literally leave the same impact as the shit policies we have already.
Brayden White
I've just been in the drug world for too long. No one likes dirty nigger drugs. No one likes risking getting shot by Salvadorans for coke. But no one wants the gov't to do that shit either. Let me grow my crop, process it, and find a market with honest pricing and efficient transactions.
Grayson Bell
>MUH NAP is most valuable when I hide behind it to diddle kiddies I can’t believe I used to shill for ANCAPistan, it’s insanely moronic.
Liam Collins
I disagree. The market does not determine pricing now. There is so much capital invested in transpo, paying off LEOs, killing threats to the supply/paying for killing said threats, laundering the revenue, payrolling the packers/movers/mules/chemists. People don't realize how much it adds to pricing.
I simply refuse to let gov't control such a primally strong pleasure. It is ripe for manipulation and taxation at exorbitant levels to fund gov't retards, it is a cheap way to get votes from simplistic hedonists, and it has spent millennia on Earth in the domain of Nature with no gov't intervention and no issues.
Sebastian Morgan
I am 100% behind you OP. Am i also allowed to shoot, or at the very least beat the shit out of junkies loitering around and shitting up my neighborhood?
Cameron Howard
Yup, 100%. The place for drug use to be adjudicated is in the society, not the gov't.

The whole point is to tax the shit you faggot. Go get a job for Christ's sake, and stop trying to get everything on the cheap.
Nicholas Campbell
>no issues See, you’re blatantly wrong here. As long as drug use (and alcohol as well) have been documented, so have the effects of addiction. Opium, cannabis and alcohol were all widespread throughout Rome for about 200 years before its fall. It was in steady decline that entire time. China’s descent into addiction thanks to opium. Nazi Germay and it’s addiction to meth. Countless nation leaders being rendered useless due to addiction - all of that is readily available reading. If anything, don’t let it be an elected issue. Legalize it, appoint a technocrat in a position to make decent decisions in creating treatment plans and preventing black market, and ensure the pricing is fair so that robbery and black markets don’t spring up as alternatives. As much of a supporter of free markets as I usually am, tthe free market would never get behind ideals like that simply because they require a bit of extra spending.
