I don´t mean to make this rant about peterson which i am not a particular fan of but the political correctness debate was so endemic of what is going on with all this sjw nonsense since it became not even a debate about political correctness at all. His primary flaw is this. I think he´s excellent at analyzing individual but is damaged by his profession as i said. So i think he´s simply naive and therefore don´t understand why it is necessary for a society community city or nation to function for people to be able to switch between tribalism and individualism. It´s not an either or, which is what he thinks. It´s both. You are only 1 tribal it is malfunction because you can´t act independently and take responsibility for yourself and apply yourself. And you pretend you are a group instead of a person. You are only an individual, you can´t work together with other people in teamwork because they don´t trust you because you are not tribal enough to have team loyalty so to speak.
So in a way he is naive, and in his naivety he becomes a gatekeeper for race realism, aka normal biological tribalism which is healthy and societies operate best when you have high agreeableness on a tribal scale. Which you get with biologically similar people. Because it produces trust. He always talks about agreeableness as a personal trait, but he completely misses this for whatever reason.
