that was after the blue shirt guy got out and ran behind that building. Then that grey saturn ion pulls out, the bitch jumps in, they drive 30 feet, pull up to some random, exchange words for a second, she gets out and lays in front and the random acts like an innocent bystander.

What you are looking at in that webm is masterful rusemanship. This entire incident was most likely one huge distraction away from something else entirely.

This is what I'm saying! The KABC stream did a good closeup on the drivers side, window was down and it showed some guy with a beard / shades / blue looking shirt but can't have been the original blue shirt guy. That stream was constant on that car till they ended the chase at which point some different dude gets out of the car with a woman in red there.
So he must have gotten out of the car at some point during the chase, at one point they were driving really slow around some of the trucks so maybe there? Fucking weird.
