It wasn’t special to name the Jew. Many did at the time, while also respecting the Jew. Also the Jews didn’t control the entire US establishment at that time. They couldn’t just kill a US general like that. The had financial and economic power but didn’t control the intelligence services yet. He was influential enough to set the agenda for post war Europe and also possibly get elected President. So he was killed by the British and American political establishment.

Major Patton served under the command of General MacArthur in the suppression of American WW1 veterans in the Bonus Protest in 1933. MacArthur at the time was the Army Chief of Staff and was accompanied by his junior aide, Major Eisenhower. They succeeded in the suppression. It was one of the few instances of active military being deployed against US veterans in history.

Later MacArthur would become a 5 star general, of which only ten have ever existed, including washington, Eisenhower coincidentally also became a 5 star general and patton would become a 4 star general. Eisenhower also became one of the US presidents who gave an infamous MIC speech as his final address.
