40k has turned around and I have no doubt this wont be bad for what it is, a way for parents to share their hobbies easier with their kids. Its no secret that a lot of players are older adults, and the primary purchaser for new players is kids/parents. This will keep the kids around longer.
Just because its not another FAQbook or obnoxious super huge forgeworld moneysink that wont be painted by 70% of the people that buy it doesn't mean its detrimental to the hobby.
