I think he should appeal and also file a lawsuit against his parents seeking the house. He can claim they failed to properly raise him and prepare him for self-sufficiency and now he has to pay the price. Hes grown accustomed to a certain lifestle. I am 100% sure that they tried every other avenue to get their son out of the house once they made that decision. A situation like this doesnt just arise but culminates to a point such as this. The parents for two reasons. First they have proven to be unable to settle this matter on their own, thus resorting to legal action. Second they have raised their son to be a useless piece of shit.
