Which is not the case. Even in 2016, at the peak of non-white immigration, we still have 25% of migrants born in white countries. This ratio in the 80s and 90s would have obviously been much higher.
This by itself proves that your argument that only 53% of the population is white is wrong. As multiple people have told you every thread, this discrepancy happened because of the new "Canadian" origin being introduced which reduced a lot of the people picked their European ones.
The real % of the population that is white in Canada is 73%. It's still terrible than in less than 40 years we went from 93% white to 73%, but it's no where near as bad as you're trying to make it sound, and the tide is already chancing.
