Also going to chime in on my favorite aspect of natsoc: it's the best ideology for literally everyone. What's some good unbiased and honest sources for learning about the history of the NSDAP?

I tend to find that books are the most honest sources, but you might need to do some background research on some books (i.e. Mein Kampf, I recommend Stalag Edition or Ford Edition.)

No, men like this didn't found National Socialist ideology. Also, the Natsocs were rabidly anti-Mason, so if they did have any influence, their influence appears to have been anti-Mason. It's hard to summarize, you have to spend a decent amount of time studying the entire Volkish and esoteric scene in Europe at the time to make sense of it. The best place to start is to look up Perennial philosophy on Wikipedia, and realize that's the mindset of most of these types of people:

Start with the Oera Linda, because it was the prime inspiration in Himmler's esotericism. Then move onto Serrano or Evola, though Evola wasn't a Natsoc, and Serrano was not an influence on the 3rd Reich, so keep it in mind that they aren't representative of the 3rd Reich type per se. Rosenberg apparently was also into esotericism, but he was marginalized after a brief tenure in a government position. Despite the "table talks" which are not the most credible, Hitler showed a preference for traditional Christianity in party and government policy. No one can prove to what extent he sympathized with anything pagan or esoteric, but he permitted it among a minority of the party. Most of the party did not though.
