What would be some non violent ways to get women to stay home and not compete with men in the workplace?
I'm not a democratic socialist, but the idea of paid parental leave would give women the opportunity to experience why staying home and taking care of the children is essential for a healthy and functional child. As a result, women would choose motherhood over careers. It's a win/win.
