The bongs bombed targets in Germany before the Germans bombed targets in the Uk. The royal air forces whole combat doctrine prewar revolved around strategic bombing which is why they were so worthless in supporting the army during the battle of France.

It was pretty unjustified, Churchill did bomb first. Hitler waited three months to respond after making a dozen peace offerings. Those offerings were to be released to the public in 2016 but your cucked government had it set for another 30 years until we can see them. So Churchill literally started the war with Germany. The only reason Hitler started killing Jews was his final solution. He knew he wouldn't be able to pull the war off when he was forced to declare war on the USSR. It was th same tactic Bismarck used in previous wars. Attack before being attacked, in operation Barbarossa anyway.

This is just not true. London was accidentally bombed first as a result of German bombers getting lost during a night attack. Churchill retaliated by bombing German civies. Hitler came back at london twice as hard and vice versa

That depends on a lot of definitions on what is actually what.

Effectively the brits wanted an invulnerable weapon to use, which they thought was going to be the strategic bomber. When the germans suppoerted spanish fascists against the communists they bombed civilian targets which the british considered a proof of concept for their new weapon. So this was the first use of bombs of germans against civilians, but not the british.

Then the british attacked a german civilian ship in norways waters to free prisoners of war. The germans in retaliation bombarded a british harbor. Since harbors are built within civilian infrastructure no amount of precision will allow you to not kill civilians, so germans bombed civilians "first".

Then the british claimed the strike was deliberately against civilians and retaliated against a german factory compound, which has the same problem as the harbor: civilians everywhere. Regretably british bombing sights where complete crap at the beginning of the war, so the bombers missed and mostly hit civilian quarters. This was interpreted by the germans as a deliberate attack on civilians.

After this both sides claimed the other one was targeting civilians and they would have no choice but to target civilians in revenge as well.

The key difference was that britain had a dedicated strategic bomber force that they purpose built even before the war started, whereas germany had no actual strategic bomber force: Even their "strategic" bomber was a 2-engine tactical dive bomber, completely unsuitable for that kind of warfare. This didn't change throughout the war and germany instead built their "revenge" (Vergeltungs) weapons in the form of the V1 and V2 rockets, which ended as a waste of resources in the end.

In the end the RAF itself pointed out that they had reached a point where they could either bomb civilians or drop out of the war, as they had invested all their ressources into a weapon that could do nothing else.
