Rap is much more alpha than most music forms. That's partly why it attracts so many kids.

That's probably more a function of media pressure than anything. I mean, rap has the whole gangster violence thing entwined with it. And black gangs are basically allowed to thrive in cities. So the music is real, in that street sense. The music is backed up by real life gangsters who listen to it, and everyone knows it.

Meanwhile any white gangs that might be entwined with white punk/metal/whatever music would be instantly shut down by government. So there are neonazi punk bands and whatever, but if whites who listened to them literally grew in size to the point that they could take over entire neighbourhoods in prominent cities like black gangs have been allowed to do, the gubment would crack their skulls instantly, because they're white.
