Never use medication, especially for the head, never exaggerate on any kind of food or behavior. Your body alerts you if you are doing anything harmfull to it, just pay attention.

1/3th of people will get some kind of cancer. So long as you stay away from clearly cancerous material most of which is labeled or banned you will be fine... 2/3th of the time.

The more you worry about it the more likely you are to create it.
There are plenty of cases where people are cured of incurable diseases simply by being positive and happy.
It helps if others are sending loving thoughts to you as well.
