I think that his assertions are correct of people in general. Schopenhauer's views on women were likely influenced by his poor relationship with his mother and the fact that he was what we'd refer to as incel today. That said Schopenhauer was said this of his female sculptor: "I have not yet spoken my last word about women. I believe that if a woman succeeds in withdrawing from the mass, or rather raising herself above the mass, she grows ceaselessly and more than a man." so don't exactly rush to call him the Jow Forums hero just yet.
