You can refuse to talk/cooperate to CPS, but they'll fuck you over cause you're wasting their time.

They help only because filing a peteion for removal takes more time. Much easier to do an investigation into the allegation, then put in services so the case moves to a new department.

You're conflating removal with parental-rights termination. A kid that's removed overwhelmingly goes to live with a (suitable) family member.

Terminating a parent's rights is extreme and usually only happens in a child's death case if the parent was found negligent.

Even in cases where a parent is found to be extremely negligent then kids are just removed from their care, but they still can arrange visits and work towards getting back custody.

My co-worker had a case last month. The police had found a mother and her four kids walking outside with no coats. this was during a brief cold period where we had snow and temperatures below 20. they take her home and the house is trashed.

She got a call from police notifying her of poor living conditions (house was full of trash, dog shit) and while she's on her way, the police tell the mother to clean up.

While she's cleaning, she struggles with this heavy suitcase and walks it to the curb along with some other trash-bags. So, the police wait a bit but one of them gets curious about the suitcase and opens it up.

The mother had drugged two kids, both under a year old, and hit them in the suitcase.

She's going to jail, but ultimately she'll end up keeping parental rights over her kids.

Anything you are told here is a bunch of conspiracy nonsense. They pedo elite don't need to take the risk of taking American children nor would it be done with an agency that is so public. You would have found black budget projects if there was any substance to the claim.

Abuse and neglect are predictors for bad behavior. They attempt to intervene to prevent this. They cannot afford to take kids away forever and keep paying foster parents, you really don't have to do much to get your kids back; standards have to be kept low or the whole system folds under the financial pressure.

I am foster parent to my niece and nephew. The people running it are far too incompetent to be a part of any elite scheme. Social workers get bachelor's and masters degrees to end up making 35k. They aren't smart people.

They keep rights because it's just too expensive to pay to raise every shitty parents' children.
