I do not eat at buffets. They're pretty much the daycare center of restaurants. Kids and people all rub their hands all over the serving tools, and who knows how long they have been out, and half the time the handle has fallen into the food.
Eating at a buffet is like if every time before you served yourself a portion of food, you touch a handle and everyone else has touched. Like, if every time you ate out at a regular restaurant, before you can eat any food, you have to go and touch the bathroom handle, then come back and eat without washing.
