Jews join societies on the premise that they're going to participate in good faith as part of a CivNat collective and then they parasitize the nations they join by doing shit which hurts the collective in order to line their own pockets (promote degeneracy and licentiousness, usury, the sorts of things that a normal society looks at and goes "you know this might make us money in the short term but it's going to hurt us in the long term so let's not" - the Jews are outsiders who don't feel a connection to the people they're parasitizing, so that same thought doesn't go through their head). Homogeneous societies are more quick to identify them as meddlesome outsiders and expel them, so they want to bring in lots of browns so they can get "lost in the crowd" and not stand out like a sore thumb.
If you notice, they're buddy-buddy with the sociopathic capitalist / financial elite too - the kind of people who, like them, don't give a shit about the long term health of the nation and instead just want to make a quick buck at everyone else's expense.
Obviously they have to be extremely sneaky to pull this off, so they are extremely good at lying and misdirecting and generally getting you to think the problem is anything else but them. Rationalizing this despicable behavior is both a cause and an effect of the extreme contempt and hatred they have for the goyim; they view us as cattle, they believe they're infinitely superior to us, and delight in cruelty towards us. This is why the Jew loves to gloat about the death of our nations and civilizations, why they spam interracial porn and anti-white propaganda to humiliate us, and why they're unfazed by how completely hypocritical they are.
This has been going on for hundreds of years. They've been kicked out over and over and then we forget how bad it was and we let them back in and it happens again. Which is why they need to fuck off to Israel and stay there.

It's not the Jews. White people are actually the ones who subverted the Jews. Before the Enlightenment, rationalism, secularism, liberalism, nationalism, etc. (hearking back to pre-Christian pre-Semitic traditions of Hellenic antiquity) Jews were all religious and stuck to themselves. When white people invented "progress", lots of Jews became things like "Reform Jews" and others even became non-religious Jews. Now the non-religious Jews felt excluded from both Jew society and goy society, so they made up for it appropriating the new nationalist god fomented by ideas like republicanism, citizenship and French Revolution and came up with the idea of getting back Jewish homeland, and thus the idea of Zionism. Other Jews, in revolt against both Jewish merchant habits and religion and also against goyish Christianity, were attracted to communism, with its vicious secularsm and anti-bourgeois morality… because the bourgeoisie were the most ruthless antagonisers of Jews due to being their main competition in the realms of finance and business. After Hitler chimped out during WW2 some Jews like Adorno and Horkheimer got really butthurt that white people invented the Enlightenment that created the nationalism and scientism that lead to their fellow Jews going up in human smoke and also got really butthurt about the whole modern reality which is impossible to reverse, and evne more butthurt about the fact Zionism and Communism didn't fix anything. Thus, contrary to popular belief, the Jews are the victims of white subversion.

I have the feeling the maker of this image chose a very boring seeming book on foreign policy so that very few people would be able to immediately call bullshit. No text “average IQ of 90” can be found in PDFs of the book.
It appears the source of this “quotation” is Father Coughlin. No such quote exists in the actual article “Jews in World Reconstruction" by Svetozar Tonjoroff, who is not Jewish. Why bother making these images that are so easy to discredit?
