I'm a sociopath so Satanism fits my world view.
I'm not a LaVey Atheist satanist, I'm more of an agnostic and I don't belong to any organised group. I guess I'm more in line with the Order Of Nine Angles view of things.

Use a rope to create a noose and then tie the other end of the rope to something sturdy. Using a chair to elevate yourself, place the noose around your neck and then kick the chair/stool out from under you. If you did everything correctly, the rope will cut off the circulation to your brain and eventually you will die from suffocation and or a broken neck. Have a good day!
