It's difficult to run a platform where the corporate environment is decidedly anti-raycis but the users can say whatever they want because the corporate environment practically hamstrings you into virtue signalling about anti-raycism which bleeds right over into your platform. Because of this any true free speech platform will always be a small business affair - once you have over a certain number of employees CRA/EEOC applies and the pressure to reconcile the internal corporate culture with the customer platform means the internal corporate culture wins every time due to a fear of lawsuits over content arguments. In other words, you'll never be able to create a free speech company the size of facebook because the CRA/EEOC will fuck your shit up.
