Superiority and inferiority are not equally distributive qualities. The Jews are better at usury, making porn, selling alcohol and slaves, and so have great influence in the age of Mammon. It's not that hard to understand, OP, these problems were sussed out by people far smarter than you hundreds of years ago, but because you're the sort of person who adopts a common narrative while refusing to read, I'll spell it out for you:

Diaspordic chosenites use tribalism as a means of creating a parallel society that is dependent upon white people not catching wise to the ruse. The basic principle is encouraging heterogeneity in white societies while Jews maintain homogenous communities. Kikes were the ones who pushed for anti-discrimination legislation because up until they used mass media to convince people they were normal, no one was interested in hiring or doing business with them.

Now, once this legislation has been passed, we find that for some (((coincidental))) reason, Anglophones have lost their ethnic homogeneity in the workplace, whereas kikes refuse to abide by the legislation themselves and make promotions in finance and Hollywood on the basis of ethnic nepotism. The problem is, this doesn't work if they don't have a host willing to assume the enormous costs of maintaining a civilization (which kikes are not privy to, particularly because the diaspordic kikes are an essentially internationalized merchant class). Kikes don't build these things themselves, they freeload off of others and then flee when their freeloading causes irreparable strains to the system, which are then usually resolved in a shoah.
