Norway hasn't had a birth rate over the replacement levels since 1970. Despite that, the population has increased from 3,8 million to 5,2 million. Now, some of this is obviously due to people living longer, but an even larger reason is the rampant immigration and the birth rate of these immigrants.

There was an article a few weeks ago that talked about how migration is three times higher than the birthrate. Fewer births, and more deaths mean that migration is the leading cause for population growth.
During the first quarter of this year Norway accepted 5500 migrants. Meanwhile, with deaths subtracted, births accounted for a population growth of 1700 people. These births do not specify whether the children were ethnic Norwegian or migrants, though the swarthy people with strollers I see outside makes me suspect a lot of them have African heritage.
