Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't that meant to be something like unconscious bias not just bias in general. For instance I've had many interactions with minorities in my life and due to that I trust and like some more than others. My bias is very conscious and based on those relations, I don't think Ive even just felt like I din't like a person but had no clue why or I din't feel safe around a group for no reason.

Yeah sorta. We ignored the program and just talked about racism on all ends that blacks, Mexicans, etc do just as much if not more, and how it's not just one way street with feeling discriminated. We mostly broke it down to people needing to put there pride and egos aside and just stop being so sensitivity over small shit.
