No, birth rates are trending down all over the world and most migration to european countries is from other european countries in terms of permanent stay, since most do not stay forever nowadays (it's amazing how many people don't know the difference between refugee and migrant). Even if all the birth rates were the same all over the world white percentages would still trend down due to interracial marriages.
