My vision:

NK completely gives up their nukes (inc. Materials and facilities) and ballistic missile programs within 1-3 years and allows for unlimited 100% inspections by US/SK/Japan (likely NOT the UN, Russia OR China). Also they release all international abductees, prisoners and hostages and agree to ease up on human rights abuses of domestic political prisoners.

In exchange they get FTA's with the US, Japan and South Korea, massive infrastructure and energy joint investment from SK and the US and come under the security umbrella of the US like SK already is. Kim also gets to live on as NK leader but has a ~25 year Hong Kong-style transition agreement where he has to make efforts to gradually reunify NK with SK into one Korea.

China and Russia get to be guarantors who get trade but lose security influence everywhere except their own borders. The US pledges to not place troops or missile launchers in North Korea and all nuclear capability won't be deployed over the Korean peninsula.

Maybe even a get out instantly clause for the US if any party breaks the deal.
