Okay I will try my best, think of us like the nordic people we share almost the same language but with differences from region to region, also we share different phenotypes because we have been influenced by different people that either migrated through our lands or conquered us.
Now at this point Romanian doesnt work because of centralization, each region suffers a lot because of that and dont evolve like they should.
Another important things is that people from each region mix together making a new mutt people with no tie to anything instead of respecting the achievements of their forefathers and the culture that made it all possible.

No redpilling, the Magyars in the 3 counties where they have a majority think they can achieve federalisation which would facilitate joining Hungary itself, but that is not going to happen.
Something along the lines of Yugoslavia with made up ethnicities such as "Moldovan" or "Wallachian". It would be like Vojvodina and Raška randomly secceded.
