I'll bite. What really happens is that a lot of things in your life will change. Some people will lose their job because of stigma associated with going full 14/88, but that's alright.
I went through all of that, got fired for being a "racist" (even though I hadn't said or done anything to that affect, besides dropping redpills) from my comfy IT job. I figured "fuck it!" and simply created my own company and went into the welding/fabrication trade. I have tons to do, everyone I meet is very on board with right wing politics, I don't answer to anyone and get to feel good about every single day's labor that I've done.
Friends? Sure, I lost most of them. Or technically they unfriended me on Facebook. Joke's on them. I left Facebook altogether. I now have 3 good friends left, besides my wife, son and family, but that's alright. I've met more right wing people that I'm getting to know at my new hobby - competition shooting (IPSC). Turns out people that like guns are pretty right wing, so it's not a bad situation to be in.
In short, just because you get "outed", never apologize for being who you are. Never be afraid of speaking the truth. Change is always scary, but you will come out on top of it a better man. Trust me on this.

I see no problem with anyone wanting to be a part of the betterment of the White race and the salvation of our kinsmen. There are a lot of false prophets out there, and figuring out whom to follow and whom to avoid takes time.
