I was accepted to every college I applied to and even got some partial scholarships. Now my half Iranian half Colombian friend who went to a basic high school, cruised along with Bs and Cs, gets a full scholarship to vassar and a few other private schools because he is multiracial. Where’s the justice in that?

This issue here is that these magnet schools are publicly funded. So imagine paying for these schools via various taxes and then never having a chance to study in them because the test keeps you out.
The solution here is to let the free market provide more education options for people.

Actually, the real reasons are because teachers should allow for individual differences in language and understanding. The student should be able to express themselves in ways that they feel most comfortable with, even if this is no necessarily standard English. By allowing students to express themselves in ways they feel comfortable with, it can allow students and teachers to develop closer relationships, and incorporate community and cultural assets into the classroom to allow for a richer and deeper connection between students and their learning.

At what point did I say there are no genetic differences? Although there is some limited evidence that once you control for all variables the performance differences between whites and blacks goes to zero. That is however irrelevant, as you can see from your own graph poor blacks perform worse than rich blacks. Therefore poor black performance is atleast partially explained by economic factors.
