1. Buy 100mg/mL unflavored ejuice
2. Dilute it down to 33 mg/mL using propylene glycol (typically what the nicotine is already suspended in)
3. Squirt 0.1 mL under my tongue roughly every three hours upon waking until 4 hours before bed time and then I stop so I can sleep easily
4. Let it sit till I feel it hit me(it can hit hard if you leave it too long)

What do you think eating all the time does? Your body has to work to digest food. If you give it frequent breaks it will have more resources to devote to other bodily functions. You do not need to eat all the time to sustain yourself so why would you? You can eat just as much, but eat much less often and you will be better off. If you eat all the time it contributes to weight gain and causes more frequent insulin spikes which makes you age. Don't take my word for it, research intermittent fasting.

It can. Go for it. The website I provided offers 100% vg if you are more comfortable with that. I find the texture of vg to be less palatable and it seems to work better for me, but I haven't tested it much desu. Propylene Glycol helps cells absorb substances easier so that is probably why it works better, but vg works too I have tried it. Whatever works for you man. The effects are kind of strange. I've never smoked tobacco so I can't compare it with that. So I drip a bit under my tongue, and within a minute or so it feels like my brain is sharper.
