It feels weird to come here 5 years later and see the same racism I once believed in. I thought I had the world figured out. Everyone else had been brainwashed by the “Zionist government.” I had few interactions with people. I just isolated myself in my room with my computer.
I changed a lot since then. I went off to college, met people from diverse backgrounds and their struggles. It turns out that experiences triumph over online fear mongering. The stereotypes I adamantly believed turned out to be wrong.
I have a black girlfriend now, and my life has never been better. We are going to have kids soon. It’s funny how things work out. My story probably won’t have an impact on you, not yet, but just know this: your life could be much better if you just open your mind and learn to not be intimidated by someone who is different than you.

I had the opposite experience where I tried to get into college but didn't have the money and they gave all the scholarships to black women. Not even joking, all of them. Then I started noticing that everyone there was either Jewish or minority.
