The remaining illegals could easily be removed by just offering people cash incentives for reporting illegals if their report leads to a deportation (this would pay off in the long run). Couple that with real border control policies, with the removal of retarded 'anchor baby' laws (and similar) and with a social environment that tells Americans that they're actually allowed to put their own interests first over international interests, and illegal immigration would stop being an issue entirely.
