More Clinton documents released today. This time we have the changes made to the draft of the letter Comey read when he announced no charges should be pursued against Hillary.
Loretta Lynch met in secret with the husband of the suspect of the investigation. As the head of the DOJ who later recommended no charges this opens up the door to possible claims of corruption.
Peter Strzok was vehemently anti-Trump and had a wish to see Hillary Clinton elected. If news came out that she may be facing charges it would harm her chances at the election. Strzok was there for the drafting and editing of the memo, how can we be sure that the language wasn't cleared to fully exonerate Hillary to help her chances of winning the election?
James Comey is the disgraced former FBI director who refused to go public with the information that Trump was not under investigation, and took extraordinary steps during the Trump presidency, including admitting to leaking information for the specific purpose of seeing a Special Counsel investigation. It is highly possible that this dislike of Trump preceded the election, and his breaking all precedent as FBI director to declare that 'no reasonable prosecutor would pursue charges' (which was promptly accepted and agreed by Loretta Lynch, who had had a secret meeting with the husband of the target of the investigation). Combine that with the language of the memo being changed to specifically avoid language that would see charges brought against her despite the original wording being completely accurate.

Intent doesn't matter in a strict liability case. If you accidentally left your workplace with confidential material and that material happened to fall into an enemies hands. You wouldn't be found guilty of treason but you would be found guilty criminal negligence, depending on the content of the information and what came as a result of the enemies having access to that information, it could even get the causing death modifier which is certain jail time.
