there's an entire network of tunnels under tuscon that aren't policed and have no bars on the entrances. You could probably get around the entire city if you knew what you were doing. It's a network of stormdrains that goes on for miles. I've been inside one, they're filled with grafitti and signs pointing the way. The police don't really go down there apparently, every now and then when it storms some bums or junkies who passed out down there dies.
