Make the goals of things like owning a house, having a decent job and raising a family more easily attainable. Videogames currently offer that dopamine rush with less effort. Why should I? There's nothing in it for me, I want to start a family but I have no savings and no woman worth the trouble exists around me. It starts with public school and colleges. They do a horrible job of keeping males engaged and finding them careers. But they give endless support and resources to women.
Men on average are dropping out of society and feeling more and more hopeless every day and it literally the government's fault for engineering this thru chemicals in food, education designed for women, poisoning of the cultural well and moving the Overton window so far it's almost impossible to have a regular life without being a normie faggot.

None of you want to admit that in order to fix this, you have to fix women. You say "hurr durr fix men to fix women" and while that's true to an extent, your own solutions are bogus.
