wrong. I was 12 when I took my 1st at 135, this was the result of pressure from school counselor. the IQ test came after a slew of other tests (which I tested way above normal range for)

Mid-40s here. Spent years on-and-off being unhealthy. Gained some weight over the past 3 or 4 years. Last year I decided "fuck this noise" and started lifting and doing cardio. I've lost weight, gained muscle, improved my diet, and am making clear progress. My resting heart rate is in the mid 60s BPM range and sounds strong and healthy. I'm better than I was.

So that's not everyone. Some of us actually get better.
