The thing is, these gas chambers killed AT MOST two people an hour in a room with excellent insulation and very heavy airproof doors (couple minutes to disperse the gas and the rest of the time to ventilate it) and extra time spent by people in hazmat suits individually hosing each dead person with water and safely disposing their carcasses afterwards.
